Opening Ceremonies

Join us May 6th at 4:00pm to kick off 3 days of larger-than-life art, music, and culture at Reno Sculpture Fest’s Opening Ceremony.

After the ribbon cutting and proclamation from city officials, the downtown reTRAC comes alive with magic for all to enjoy!

Reno Sculpture fest is FREE to the public with 30+ installations, vendors, kids activity gardnes, main stage concerts, and ticketed late-night after-parties at clubs surrounding the area after the sun sets on the magic.

Join us in kicking off a new dream for downtown Reno!

    Hi,

I’m trying to figure out where exactly downtown (other than the arch) installations will be. Are there times to view them or just whenever?
    Thanks……

Hi J! There will be about 30 giant sculptures sprinkled across the ReTRAC, as well as down Virginia St across 3 blocks under the Arch. They will be too large to miss, and viewable all weekend long. After opening ceremonies, they are on display around the clock.

Will we be able to enjoy the sculptures earlier on Friday before the opening ceremony? And what will we miss if we do so?

The opening ceremonies marks the start of the festival with the sculptures on display around the clock until Sunday at 6p mand music, workshops, vendors and more rocking downtown from 10am to 10pm each day. Before then, we are setting up the site!
